Introduction
This webinar comprises a lecture providing a review of motor control theory and neurophysiology followed by a client demonstration in which the instructor assesses and treats a client with an incomplete cervical spinal cord injury. The potential for sit to stand and standing activities are explored with this young man who is currently a w/c user. A clinical reasoning session reviews the clinical presentation and outlines the treatment hypothesis and movement diagnosis. The lecture handout, and a completed Model of Bobath Clinical Practice summarizing the clinical presentation, is available for download.
