Great opportunity to understand the relationship between postural control and upper limbs!
It seemed like a challenge to me due to the patient´s health condition and impairments, and a very good opportunity to see the relationship between postural control at the proximal part of the body and the limbs (to achieve less dependence on UL and improve LL hyper-reflexia, both achieved with better postural control and greater cortically control to peripheral input).
